Full House Restoration in Aberdeen, MD
A customer in Aberdeen MD recently purchased a home that needed some emergency exterior work. The house had been left untouched for 3 years as a foreclosure. There were vines growing all over the siding and foundation, weeds in between the patio pavers, the concrete back patio was black from the dirt and grime buildup, the siding was green from the algae buildup, the gutters were filled to the brim with debris and the deck was black with mildew. We gave him a full house restoration; we softwashed the house and shed and removed all of the unwanted algae from the siding. We safely burned all of the unsightly vines on the house and foundation. We cleaned the gutters and got them clog-free. We surface cleaned the concrete patio and sidewalk and removed all of the dirt and grime. We removed the weeds from the patio pavers. We powerwashed the deck and removed the failed stain then we restained the deck and repainted the foundation with a nice Pewter color by Behr Premium. When we were finished, the customer forgot that his house was once a foreclosure. He was amazed at the results and so were we! From foreclosure to full restore, he can now be proud of his new investment.
